Delphi Rise is a community-focused behavioral health agency dedicated to substance use treatment and support services. Since 1936, they have proudly served Rochester and the Finger Lakes region, offering a variety of programs, including outpatient treatment for substance use and mental health, school-based prevention services, NYS prison reentry assistance, rapid re-housing, domestic violence education, a food and hygiene pantry, and health homes care management services. Additionally, Delphi Rise operates Monroe County’s only 24/7 Open Access Clinic, providing on-demand substance abuse evaluations and referrals.
