The Wayne County Department of Mental Health and Wayne Behavioral Health Network (WBHN) operates outpatient mental health and addiction treatment programs and support services through its clinics, and delivered by professional staff who are able to provide counseling, psychotherapy, medication assessment and management, individual and group interventions for emotional, interpersonal relationships, and psychiatric or substance use difficulties, which can have a negative impact on and individuals activities of daily life.
