Steppingstone Supportive Living at YWCA Monroe is a sober living facility that exclusively serves women and their children. Their program is designed to promote independent living in a supervised setting for individuals who have completed another course of treatment, are transitioning to independent living, and whose need for services does not require on-site staffing twenty-four hours a day. These treatment services cater to individuals who either require a long-term supportive environment following care in another type of residential service for an undetermined length of stay, or who need a transitional living environment before establishing independent community living.
